We will contact you by email at least 6-4 weeks before your wedding day to ask you to make sure that all details are correct. Please make sure you respond within 7 days of receiving the email as we need to place your order with our suppliers.

Good question! While there’s no set right/wrong here, we recommend booking in as soon as you’ve confirmed your wedding date, venue, and ceremony location. It’s best to get in early to avoid disappointment! Depending on availability and existing bookings, we can generally accept bookings up to a minimum of 6 weeks before your special day.
The floral items listed in our packages demonstrate what’s included in each. Because we cater for everyone – from micro weddings through to full-scale celebrations – we also offer a number of additional, exciting add-ons, plus candles, linen, stationary, chairs, glassware and cutlery by our partner, The Eventurer!
Following the deposit or payment of your order. Your order will be reviewed and confirmed by our team. Your deposit secures the booking but is not confirmed until we have reviewed your order. A confirmation email will be emailed to the email address entered at the time the order was placed.
Oh, yes! The most popular months are February, March and April followed closely by October, November, and early December. Get in quick, as these months book out quickly.
As you probably guessed, flowers are a product of nature. As such, their cost changes with the seasons. As you can also imagine, there are specific times during the year (e.g. Valentine’s Day) when particular flowers will be more expensive because the demand for them is so high.
The cost of sourcing flowers in winter is also slightly higher due to the general running costs of power associated with hot houses. If your wedding date falls within these periods, a 20% surcharge applies to allow for price increase during the peak time. Don’t worry – we’ll discuss it with you in advance.
Like many of us, Christmas and New Year is an important time for our team to spend with family and friends. While we usually plan to take around two to three weeks off between Christmas and New Year, feel free to email us regarding our specific availability.

When it comes to weddings, it’s our job to ensure we get you the colours, varieties and qualities we need to make your day perfect. This is why we also source a wide range of flowers from across the world. Luckily, we’re really selective about the producers we work with. We build our extensive networks based on the quality of product, how farms treat their employees, sustainability practices, and reliability as suppliers. That way, you get only the best!

The great thing about working with Fleur Fetti is that we’ve chosen our packages in accordance with flower varieties that are generally available year-round. While some seasonal variation may occur, you can rest assured we’ll still create your incredible, desired colour palette and – if required – substitute a specific flower of the next-best texture or bloom variety to create a similar look and feel.
Being a product of nature, there’s every chance that on a warm day, your flowers – like you – could be feeling the pressure! Luckily, we have lots of experience in finding the best and most creative solutions to those tricky weather days. This includes storing your florals in a coolroom, setting them up at appropriate times, and even offering water sources to your bridesmaids so flowers can be kept fresh and cool when not being held.
Absolutely! It will be your responsibility to organise a friend or family member to transfer your florals to your reception. The florals will simply lift off from the stands. You can’t, however, take the stands from the ceremony to the reception as we’ll need to collect these after the ceremony is over. If the stands are not left at the ceremony for our team to collect or are damaged in any way, we’ll need to place a collection charge of $250 on your account. Thank you for understanding!
We service up to within a 40km radius of Port Melbourne, Victoria for eligible packages. Delivery costs are calculated when completing your order online.

Select our “Love is all you need” or “Forever in love” package and we’ll take care of everything including delivery, setup and pack up. Note that while we do collect any stands/infrastructure we’ve used for your ceremony and reception florals, we don’t collect the florals from your reception: we suggest and recommend that you give your florals away for your guests to enjoy!

Our buttonholes come with a snazzy and super-easy safety pin attachment that fixes easily to a suit.

We will beautifully present your bouquets in a gift box that has a water source to keep your flowers hydrated. They will also be labelled with a name (this is to be provided by you in the my account section). You can see our packaging below. We suggest keeping your bouquets in the box for as long as possible. Taking them out when you need to us then for photos and the wedding. we recommend drying the stems with a tea towel to avoid water dripping on your outfit/dress/suit.
We will present your buttonholes in a box with a clear lid- so you can see how beautiful they are. These will be labelled – please ensure you add these details in via my account. You can also view an image of how the buttonhole/corsage are packaged below.
